This 12-week course will be broken down into four distinct sections for 3 weeks each. There will be plenty of time for questions and sharing at the end of each 75 min call.
CAREER
During the 3-week focus on Career we will begin by grounding you in integrity and self-reflection to help power your Vision, and help you to discover the WHY behind your ambitions and life purpose. We will use neuroscience to re-wire the brain so that you can bring clarity to this purpose and literally unplug from the inner conflicts that are sabotaging you.
Each week you will be given tools to set goals that are infused with YOUR unique passion to keep you focused & motivated. During the weekly group calls you will learn about Emotional Intelligence, and will discover how to embody communicating with power and effectiveness. During this first section we will also be creating a structure of accountability and pairing you up with a check-in partner for the duration of the 12 weeks.
RELATIONSHIPS
During the 3-week focus on Relationships we will explore how you “do “ relationships. Learn how to truly communicate from your heart and build strong personal and business relationships. As you build a strong self-image you will be better equipped to ask for what you need and be more willing to share your unique gifts with others. Over these three weeks, you will learn about your inner personalities and how they affect your relationship with yourself and others. This can become a source of vast energy, strength and knowledge that will propel you forward.
Each week you will receive rituals & tools to enhance your relationship with yourself, with spirit and with others. You will also become a better listener and find expressing your authentic needs becomes easier as time goes on. Not only will you be more successful in your current relationships, but you will also become more magnetic to bring new relationships into your life that will help to nurture your Vision.
SUCCESS
During the 3-week focus on Success we will begin by getting you clear on what success means to you and we will explore the relationship you have with money currently and how to maximize it to give you more resources. We will then delve into your relationship with giving and receiving and the effect that this has overall on creating your financial and emotional well being.
Each week you will receive rituals & tools to increase the abundance and prosperity in your life as well as helping you to expand & maximize your personal creativity. You will also receive tools to help you keep the mind, heart and actions in alignment for you to ultimately achieve success you desire.
PRACTICAL SPIRITUALITY
During the 3-week focus on Practical Spirituality we will zero in on your Spiritual Realm and Barbara will share the techniques that she personally uses. You will begin by increasing the connection with your Higher Self so that you may fully allow spirit to live through you. Forgiveness is a key in being able to move forward, and we will address this by learning spiritual practices to allow your heart to soften and let go of old energy that holds you back. You will learn easy ways to clear negative energy and learn how to remain calm in the midst of chaos. You will have plenty of time to ask questions and become efficient in bridging the gap between the practical and the spiritual.
Each week you will receive tools to help develop your intuition and inner wisdom as well as create an overall plan to continually nurture yourself. We will end the course by building a strong & highly personalized spiritual base or toolbox of daily techniques from which you can rely on to support you outside of the group.
Think of it as spiritual gymnastics: at the end of 12 weeks you will have a stronger spiritual container and will be more in alignment with the new energy of 2012.
